Relaxed In-Home Newborn Photography on a Family Farm in Lethbridge, Geelong
This relaxed in-home newborn photography session took place on a beautiful small farm in Lethbridge, just outside Geelong, where we documented life exactly as it is. Two-year-old twins Rex and Neve proudly showed me around the property, introducing me to the alpacas, dogs and curious chickens before racing around the backyard in their cowboy boots. Afterwards, we headed inside to slow the pace, snuggling up with gorgeous baby Ford in the comfort of home.
For this session, we mixed pieces from my client wardrobe with the family's own clothing, along with my vintage bassinet and heirloom wraps to create a timeless, natural look that still felt completely personal to them.
As a Geelong newborn photographer, my favourite sessions are the ones that celebrate the little details you'll want to remember years from now. The family home, the favourite gumboots, the animals waiting by the fence, tiny newborn stretches and cuddles on the couch. They're the moments that tell your story far better than any perfectly styled backdrop ever could.
