It's true, I am *SO BLESSED* but lemme tell you, these sweet little faces kick my butt on the daily and I couldn't love it more.
I'm a mum / taxi driver of three, I loveee styling people, and I'm about to become your fave photographer + bestie too.
Being a Mum to my kids - Albie, Adeline and Billy (that's them >) - has really ramped up my nostalgic soul, for the way they are changing so quickly, YES, but it's also made me notice the world around me more closely.
Grandparents age, kids grow way too quickly, - life is but a blip on the radar!
And that's why I am here. Well, that and a swift fly kick in the gut thanks to a marketing career + a worldwide pandemic, but that's a whole other story (and one I am soooo grateful for now!).
But, for real, we've gotta make time last somehow, right? That's where I come in.
Here's the bit that makes me different: I know you want more than an iPhone selfie with your kids and I know how to get it. I'm going to hold your hand right from the start - I'll do the styling, help you choose the setting to bring out the best in your family, and start hyping you up before we even meet.
Then, on the *BIG DAY* you can drop all that pre-session stress and just chill with your family. I will take the role of chief entertainer, soother and general fun time, from here. You'll end up with an hour just loving on your fave people and some pretty special photos while you were doing just that. Sound good?
Some sessions are soft and quiet. Some are loud and colourful. I'm pretty good at reading the room and tailoring your session to be perfectly YOURS, and I've had my work on magazine covers for both.

MY SESSIONS ARE KINDA FUN
Not GONNA LIE
I'm going to swoop right on in and make your kids my besties straight up - if the kids are happy, we're all happy, right? They need to feel out the strange lady who's holding this weird black thing in their faces before they can relax into things so, we're gonna get to know each other first.
Then it's time for you all to cuddle, play and generally forget I'm even there, except when I give you some gentle prompts like 'throw your kid in the air' or 'kiss them all over their face' and 'sniff their ear', that kind of thing.
I promise I am going to make you laugh, those real, natural laughs, and I'm not going to leave you hanging in awkward silence wondering what to do with your hands while also letting your moments happen on their own.
We shoot at golden hour in nature (sunrise or before sunset) when the sun is gentle or bright full sun for extra editorial vibes (maternity only), in your home or my natural light Studio where everything is on hand, ready to go. Or, take me on your adventure with you (did someone say Paris?!).
I have a wardrobe of 40+ styled pieces for Mums, plus kids, Dads and a full selection of *THE MOST* divine newborn clothes, OR you're welcome to come as you are - bring your own bright, colourful fun outfits, whatever makes you smile the most. I'll help you match it all together.

Right in the heart of Geelong on Little Malop Street, it comes in a few different moods, sure to suit whatever vibe you want for your photos.
Soft window light and neutral tones if you're after calm - there's room to move, space to cuddle and capture those timeless photos. It's especially handy for those first newborn weeks with everything you need to hand.
Or there's time for high vibes with my coloured backdrops and bright props if you want bright, playful and full of energy - bring the colour, bring the play and a whole lotta fun.

Where's the best place for family photos in Geelong?
Your home, nature at golden hour along the Bellarine or Surf Coast, or my Geelong studio - I already know which spots work.
How far in advance should I book my photographer?
Maternity: 30-34 weeks is the sweet spot. Newborn: lock it in by 12 weeks pregnant. Sessions happen in the first two to three weeks, or a little later for more squish and smiles. Family and milestone sessions - the earlier the better, especially for weekends.
